Who May Need an Audiogram?

Audiogram testing may be appropriate for employees who work in environments with significant noise exposure, as well as individuals whose employer requires hearing screening as part of their occupational health program.

Please bring any paperwork or testing requirements provided by your employer.

What to Expect

During an audiogram, you will wear headphones and respond to a series of tones at different frequencies and volumes. The results help measure your ability to hear across a range of frequencies.

Testing may include:

  • Hearing threshold assessment

  • Occupational hearing screening

  • Baseline hearing testing

  • Periodic hearing monitoring

  • Documentation for workplace requirements
